Returns & Exchanges

At Christopher & Banks, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned with original tags attached and accompanied by the original packing slip for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are attached, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS or FedEx location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
